Enrollment Process

Our enrollment forms can be found in the front office. Along with these forms, we will also require the following documents. Please print, fill out, and return them to VCA. Copies are also available in the office. These documents must be submitted before your child can start classes:
- Copy of Immunization Records
- Allergy Emergency Action Plan (if applicable)

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure all required documents are submitted to the office or uploaded to the "Documents" tab in your ProCare Portal (with handwritten signature).
